Cancellation and refunds

Policy version: 29 September 2026

Cancel future renewal

You can cancel any time in the billing portal: open the account menu in Givi and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund that period; within 14 days of your first payment, the money-back guarantee below applies. After it ends, your Givi rests and its data is kept. You can subscribe again to continue.

When you are charged

The 7-day free trial needs no card. You are charged only if you subscribe. If you subscribe with more than two days of your trial left, your first charge happens when the trial ends. If you subscribe later, you are charged when you subscribe. After that, you are charged each month until you cancel: $99, or $69 for your first 12 monthly payments if you subscribed at the early-bird price.

AI use is included up to a monthly limit. There is no automatic overage charge: when you reach the limit, Givi stops AI work and offers extra work for $20, charged only if you choose to buy it.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Givi isn’t right for you, email hello@heygivi.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. The guarantee covers the first payment of your first subscription. Later monthly payments are not refunded when you cancel; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If you buy extra work by mistake, email hello@heygivi.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds and billing problems

For a duplicate charge, a charge you don’t recognise, or another billing problem, email hello@heygivi.com with the date and amount of the charge. We review each request case by case. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do not send your full card number, passwords or other credentials.
