Questions about your information: hello@heygivi.com

Information used by the service

Each account has its own Givi: a private AI agent with its own workspace. The service uses:

Givi reads a connected app when a task needs it and acts there on your behalf. If Givi is at capacity when you sign up, we keep your email on a waitlist.

While Givi is a pilot, the Givi team may read your conversations with Givi, your feedback and the records of what Givi did, in order to fix problems and improve the service; an automated check also reads the previous day’s messages once a day to spot feedback such as a complaint or a place where you got stuck. These records stay with your account and are deleted with it.

Where information goes

Givi uses these service providers:

For each task, your messages and the context the task needs go to the AI model provider through OpenRouter. Composio stores the authorization for your connected apps, including any key or token you enter on a Givi page. You enter card details on Stripe’s pages, not in Givi. Each connected app also handles information under its own terms.

This page makes no unverified promise about provider retention, model training use or international processing.

Your choices and controls

Connect only the apps a task needs. Some apps, such as Meta Ads, connect with a key or access token that you paste on a Givi page. Givi checks a Meta token with Meta before saving it. Disconnecting an app or revoking its access stops future use, but does not remove information already used in earlier work.

In connected apps, Givi asks before any action that sends, posts, changes records, spends, launches or deletes, unless you allowed that kind of action in “What needs your OK”. You can ask Givi to pause or delete a scheduled duty. Pages Givi publishes are unlisted, but anyone with the link can open them. If you add Givi to a Telegram group, everyone in it sees Givi’s answers there, and Givi keeps the group’s messages for 24 hours to follow the conversation. Tasks from a group use only the apps you share with team groups in Apps & Telegram.

Retention and deletion

Givi keeps your data so it can continue your work. If your trial ends without a subscription, or your paid subscription ends, your Givi rests: it stops working and its data is kept. It is not deleted automatically.

You can delete your account yourself: open the account menu, choose Plan & account, then Delete account. This ends your plan, removes your app connections, unlinks Telegram and Slack and deletes your Givi with its files, memory and conversations, and our records about you. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email, so that a new account with it does not get a second free trial, and billing records we must keep by law. For access to your information, a correction, or help with deletion, email hello@heygivi.com. We first verify that the request comes from you. Deletion may also need to reach backups and copies held by providers, so this page does not state a deletion deadline.

Pages Givi published stay reachable by their link until they are deleted. To take one down, ask Givi or support.

Cookies and storage on your device

Givi uses a cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie while you connect an app. The web app also keeps a few small items in your browser, such as the sign-in method you used last. Files you download stay on your device and under your control.

When you visit heygivi.com, two cookies of our own count visits for statistics that help us improve Givi: one remembers which version of the page you saw, so you see the same one next time, and one remembers which link or ad brought you here. If you sign up, we keep that note (the version, and the link or ad) with your account and add it to your subscription record at our payment provider, so we can see which pages and ads lead to paying customers. We do not use advertising pixels, and nothing about your visit is shared with ad platforms. You can turn this off at any time: stop counting my visits.

Before you share information

Share only information you are allowed to share with Givi and its providers. Keep passwords, card data and unnecessary personal information out of conversations and files. Anything you type in a conversation, including a key or token, goes to the AI model provider and stays in your conversation history. Where Givi offers a connect page, use it: it keeps the key out of the chat. A key you paste in chat is kept in a private file in your Givi’s workspace, not in its memory or replies. If a task involves sensitive or regulated information, check that this arrangement suits it first.
